Two Flats to let in a 19th century manor house and a 16th century mill standing on the top of the cliff with cut out ancient dwellings.
It is situated in a small and very charming village on the Atlantic coast in the South West of France (Charente Maritime), 9km away from Royan, an hour's drive from Bordeaux and La Rochelle.
The first flat is on the ground floor, has a small private garden with a sea view and a capacity of up to 6 people. (living room/American kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and separate WC).
The second one has a sea view, two balconies (front and back) and a capacity of 2 to 3 people. (living room/American kitchen, one loft bedroom, bathroom).
Both flats are equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, an electric barbecue, a washing machine and a massage shower etc. An enclosed parking space (electric gate) is provided with each flat.
You also have the use of a private troglodyte cave within the property (loungers, table and benches), an ideal spot for fishing and relaxing.
The sea is 20m away. the beaches, the shops, the daily market and restaurants are no more than 500 metres away. There are many things to do or see without using your car and especially lovely walks along the cliffs/in the caves (full of history and legends)/round the harbour.
The prices vary according to the season and the flat you are interested in from 300 euros to 1000 euros with the possibility to be provided with linen (sheets, towels...) for an extra amount.
